Vanities, tubs and fixtures in Orlando, FL

The finish work is where a remodel starts to look like the photo: a vanity set dead level, a quartz top scribed to the wall, a freestanding tub centered on the window, mirrors and sconces at the right height. In Orlando we install what you choose or help you choose it.

01 · What's included

What we do on this job.

We do this as part of a full remodel or on its own when the tile is fine and the vanity is not.

  • Vanity and top set level and sealed
  • Faucets, drains and supply lines connected
  • Freestanding or alcove tub set and plumbed
  • Toilet replaced
  • Mirrors, sconces and accessories mounted on blocking
  • Old fixtures hauled away
02 · Before the tile

The part you never see.

Blocking for mirrors, towel bars and grab bars goes in while the wall is open. It is the difference between an anchor in drywall and a screw in wood.

05 · Questions

Vanities, tubs and fixtures: what people ask.

Questions we get asked

Can I buy my own vanity?

Yes. Tell us the model and we will check it fits the plumbing before you order.

Do you install freestanding tubs?

Yes, including the floor-mounted filler and the drain relocation they usually need.

Do you do electrical for the sconces?

Fixture-level work at existing boxes. New circuits are done by an electrician we bring in.

Can you replace only the top?

Yes, if the cabinet is sound.

Do you work in Davenport and Clermont?

Yes. About 30 miles around Orlando.
