01 · What's included

What we do on this job.

Most of our full remodels are master and hall baths in homes from the 1980s to the 2010s, where the tub is dated, the tile is cracked and nobody ever waterproofed behind it.

  • Demo and haul-away
  • Plumbing rough-in moved where the new layout needs it
  • Cement board and liquid waterproofing on every wet surface
  • Wall and floor tile, set with leveling clips
  • Vanity, top, faucet, toilet, mirror and lighting installed
  • Frameless or black-frame glass, measured after tile
02 · Before the tile

The part you never see.

In a full remodel the walls are open, so this is the one chance to fix framing, replace rotted subfloor and run the plumbing where the new shower wants it. We photograph it before it closes up.

The leak nobody could see

The call was about a dated shower door. When the pan came out, the subfloor under it was soaked from a slow leak behind the valve. We rebuilt from the joists up before a single tile went in.

A 1980s tub becomes a walk-in shower

Same footprint, same plumbing wall. The tub, the grab bar and the sliding door came out; a low-curb shower with a bench and a real door went in.

Full bathroom remodel: what people ask.

Questions we get asked

How long does a full bathroom remodel take?

It depends on the size and on material lead times. Renato gives you a schedule at the in-home visit and updates it if anything changes once the walls are open.

Do I need to buy the tile myself?

You can, or we can bring full-size samples to your home and order through our suppliers. Either way the choice is yours.

Can you move the shower or the toilet?

Yes, within what the slab and the drain lines allow. We check that at the visit before we quote.

Will I be without a bathroom the whole time?

If it is your only bathroom we plan the sequence so the toilet is out of service for as few days as possible.

Do you remodel bathrooms outside Orlando?

We work within about 30 miles of Orlando, from St. Cloud and Kissimmee to Winter Park, Clermont and Sanford. Text us your zip and we will confirm the same day.
